Garrett is the Founder and CEO of Argentora. His background is in communications networks, technical support, customer operations, pre-sales, software development, and the operating decisions that make a complex system useful in practice.
He has spent his career close to the work: terminals, servers, networking equipment, electronics, product delivery, and selected software projects for organizations that need systems to work in the real world.
At Argentora, Garrett leads company direction, product development, network strategy, and the mission scenarios that shape what the company tests and builds.
Courtnie Galindo / Co-Founder / Learning Systems + Quality
Courtnie designs the instructional systems behind complex work.
Courtnie is an educator and instructional systems designer with a practical instinct for finding the point where a difficult workflow becomes clear, repeatable, and usable.
Her experience spans instructional design, curriculum development, interactive learning, quality assurance, and onboarding. She is Quality Matters certified and holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in education.
At Argentora, Courtnie leads the learning and quality lens for AstraShift: helping ensure the system is not only capable, but understandable, instructable, and useful to the people expected to operate it.
Reuben Douros / Infrastructure + Systems Advisor
Reuben designs the infrastructure that makes resilient testing possible.
He brings more than fifteen years of hands-on experience across data-center operations, critical environments, provisioning, network hardware, and physical systems.
His work combines disciplined infrastructure engineering with the practical craft of building, wiring, labeling, and maintaining production-grade racks.
At Argentora, Reuben advises the ground and bench infrastructure behind AstraShift testing: rack architecture, redundancy, power, remote management, and recoverable system design.
